The Wine Room
2011 Harvest Celebration in Beechworth saw the introduction of the Wine Room. In 2012 attendees will again have the opportunity to ‘Meet the Maker’ and hear it straight from some of the region's renowned winemakers and learn about what makes the region unique in terms of the wine styles that are produced in North East Victoria. The Wine Room will be a truly educational experience for the palate with wines being available for tastings at each of the sessions. Presenters will be raiding their cellars to provide a unique tasting event where attendees can savour such delights as Rutherglen's fabulous Topaques (Tokays), King Valley Proseco, The ‘New’ Glenrowan, the Alpine Valley’s aromatic wines and Beechworth’s eclectic Chardonnays.
